On October 15, the Libby App rolled out a security update that requires all users to enter their library account PIN/password, along with their library card number to log into Libby.
Your library PIN/password is the exact same one you use to log into your account on the Branch District Library's catalog.
If you can't remember your PIN/password, try the last 4 digits of your library card number. If that didn't work, call or visit your library branch with your library card, and we can securely reset your PIN/password back to the last 4 digits of your card number.
Once that is finished, you can log into Libby immediately. Or, if you prefer, you can log into your BDL Account to change the PIN/password to something else of your choice before you log into Libby. The changes are instantaneous, so you’ll be able to get into Libby again as soon as you change your PIN/password.
