Branch District Library has book clubs for a variety of ages to enjoy! With several clubs to join, book lovers can chat with each other about what they’re reading, and best of all,  there is something for everyone! New members are always welcomed!

Book Lovers 'R' Us at the Bronson Branch 

This nontraditional Book Club will not have a set list of titles to read. Come for coffee and donuts and share what book/books you read last month. Loved it, hated it, recommend it? This club meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10:30am.

Manga Book Club

The book club for teens - if you enjoy manga and graphic novels, join us to discuss the first volume of a new manga each month on the third Monday at 4:00 at the Coldwater Branch! 

  • August: No Book Club
  • September: Attack on Titan by Hajime Isayama
  • October: Mob Psycho 100 by ONE (Found on Comics Plus and Coming Soon)
  • November: Fire Force by Atsushi Ohkubo (Found on Comics Plus and Coming Soon)

Murder Mystery Book Club at the Coldwater Branch

If you enjoy murder mystery books, join this club for great discussions and snacks! This book club is for adults and meets the first Monday of the month at 5:30. The full list of 2025 titles can be found here

Romance Book Club

Do you like Spicy 🌶️🌶️ Romance books? Are you a fan of grumpy/sunshine, second chance romance, forced proximity, enemies to lovers, and opposites attract tropes? Then you will love our Romance Book Club!  Come out and enjoy a good book, with a guaranteed happily ever after, with good company! The Romance Book Club will meet at the Coldwater Branch, enjoy a snack tailored to each book we are reading.

Books On Tap Book Club

This fiction/non-fiction book club explores a diverse array of literature! This club will meet monthly on the fourth Wednesday at Trainwreck Grill & Ale House at 6:00 pm. The full list of 2025 titles can be found here

Copies of the books are available at Branch District Library, and may be available online from our digital library providers Hoopla or Libby. Additional copies of titles can be requested from the statewide lending system, MeL.org. Please allow 7-10 days for your request to be delivered to the library.
