At long last Algansee township and the Algansee Branch Library have high-speed Internet access! Algansee Township Supervisor, Erica Ewers, deserves a huge "Thank You!" for making this happen. Her work to bring wireless Internet service from DMCI Broadband on a tower provided by the township will benefit the entire community.

This new high-speed access will benefit our patrons, too. Computer time will be more productive, and we will be able to add two new computers starting next week. Also, we now have free wireless access for our patrons. Bring your laptop, PDA, or whatever, and use the library's Internet service while we're open. There are tables inside, or you can sit on the porch and enjoy the fresh air.
